Who am I?

I am a person who looks for solutions for my clients. Using my knowledge, experience and business network, I support and advise companies to achieve their goals more easily and effectively.

How I work?

My mission

My mission is to take actions that ultimately transform into tangible results. I do not undertake work for which I cannot guarantee quality and timeliness. My passion is productivity and self-organization, thanks to which I achieve more.

Why is it worth working with me?

I have practical experience in the areas I offer, confirmed by cooperation with institutions from the public and commercial sectors. But it is always best, when clients speak.

I am a graduate of the University of Szczecin, the University of Warsaw and the internship program at Stanford University in the USA.

And I don’t intend to stop there.

I work remotely, hybrid or stationary. I work throughout Europe, so the client’s location does not matter much. I work in a task-oriented manner and quickly adapt to the rules applicable in companies and corporations. I know what to do and how to do it – we don’t have to meet weekly for status updates to discuss next steps. Unless you want to.

I have a wide network in the scientific world, business environment institutions and companies themselves. I also value my work for the cross-section of companies and industries I work with, which gives me not only interesting contacts but, above all, new ideas to implement in other industries.

I have over 15 years of experience in coaching and public speaking. Are you looking for someone who will conduct training or workshops for an international group? This will not be a problem. I communicate clearly and always empathetically.

I believe in the “never stop learning” principle, which means that we will learn every day. I don’t know everything, but I’m constantly expanding my toolbox and learning how to use new trends to deliver a better value.
